When you enquire with Slab Studio, we collect the contact and project details you choose to provide so we can respond, discuss your project and prepare a quote.

What we collect

Your name, email address, phone number if provided, project location, preferred finish, other project details entered in the form, and plans or photographs you choose to attach. If you arrive through a campaign link, its source and campaign labels may be saved with the enquiry.

How we use and store it

Enquiry details are stored in the website’s hosted database. Attached files are kept in private hosted file storage. Both are available through a restricted studio inbox. Our website and hosting providers process this information to operate the service. Details are used to respond to your enquiry and manage the project conversation, not to subscribe you to a marketing list.

For spam protection, the website derives a daily changing code from the connection’s IP address. The raw address is not saved with your enquiry. Hosting services may maintain their own operational logs.

Website measurement

With your permission, we use Google Analytics to understand visits, traffic sources and completed enquiries, and to measure the effectiveness of our advertising. Google may use cookies and process device, browser, approximate location and interaction information. We do not send your name, email, phone number, project description or attached files to Analytics. Advertising personalisation is disabled.

You can choose essential cookies only, or change your choice using Cookie settings. The enquiry form works with either choice. Your cookie choice is saved in your browser. Essential hosting and security cookies may still be used to operate the website.
